JOB SUMMARY


The Subcontract and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing subcontract administration and compliance for ASRC Construction.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with project and estimating management on the creation of work statements and buy-out specifications for subcontract or material purchase agreements. 
  • Review proposal/estimate to ensure inclusions and exclusions are incorporated into the subcontract and material purchase contracts. 
  • Interface with Project Administrator Manager and Project Administrators on change requests and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing Manager on Material Purchase contracts specifications and logistics. 
  • Responsible for Company 8(a) and DBE compliance reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required

  • Five (5) years of experience in project management or another related field.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), or Department of Defense Contracts (DOD).
  • Experience with subcontract management or supplier management and cost or quality or schedule or technical program performance.
  • Skill in the use of MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel, at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to obtain any clearances required to perform the essential functions of the position. 

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Experience using Vista™ Viewpoint software.
